Welcome Reception:
A complimentary charter bus will be running to and from the Grand Hyatt from 6pm - 10:00pm for our event guests.
Armani's is located on the
14th floor of the Grand Hyatt.
Final pick-up from the Grand Hyatt to the Westshore Grand is
scheduled for 10:00pm.

Thursday
Morning:
Complimentary transportation will be running to and from the Westshore Grand beginning at 7:30am, with final pick up at 8:15am. Breakfast will be available from 7:30 - 8:45am.
The meeting will begin at 9:00am.
Personal transportation arrangements made for 2/24 will not be reimbursed.
Grand Hyatt to Westshore Grand Main Ballroom
Afternoon:
Complimentary transportation will be departing at 4:30pm.
Westshore Grand Main Ballroom to Grand Hyatt
Evening:
Oystercatchers is located down the boardwalk behind the Grand Hyatt.
The evening reception will begin at 7:00pm.
First pick-up is scheduled at 6:30pm and will run until 10:30pm.
